Green Screen Test
I added something recently to my growing collection of video equipment. It's called a green screen or a chroma key screen. It's used to create virtual backgrounds. Below is the first test of it that will explain more, if you can suffer through my moribund performance. Remember, it's only a test.

I need an interest outside of work. Because I get so intensely focused on things, it scares me to have a hobby. I'm afraid I'll forget to work and then become homeless.
Perhaps you can find a hobby that relates to your work. My video "hobby" earns me money, which I suppose means that it's not really a hobby.
I haven't figured out how to put the green screen to profitable use yet but that was the thinking behind its purchase.
